How an investment through OMSI 24 works
From the first look at the marketplace to the contract with the provider, it is six steps. The first two take effect immediately.

2.Compare projects
On the marketplace you filter by project stage, technology, capacity, price and federal state and see the key figures of every project.
3.Sign the non-disclosure agreement
For a project that interests you, you digitally sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
4.Review documents and ask questions
After that you see the address, detailed data and documents. You ask questions through the platform, OMSI 24 forwards them to the provider.
5.Declare your intent to buy
If the project fits, you submit a letter of intent (LOI) digitally.
6.Closing with the provider
OMSI 24 hands over to the provider, with documentation and a status overview, and supports the contract process.
What it costs
Registration and project search are free of charge for investors. A commission is due only on success and is already included in the sale price.
