What sets existing systems apart

Existing systems are already connected to the grid and generating electricity. Remuneration, the yields of past years, operating costs and running contracts are on record and can be examined before you buy. The risk from permitting and construction has already been dealt with.

On offer are rooftop and ground-mounted systems of various sizes, from smaller commercial roofs to solar parks in the megawatt range, often with EEG feed-in tariff or direct marketing.

What matters when buying an existing system

The yield history shows whether the system delivers what the yield report promised. Add to that the remaining term of the remuneration, the condition of modules and inverters, lease and grid connection, insurance and the contracts for operation and maintenance. All of this determines what the purchase price per kilowatt peak is worth.

Every listing on OMSI 24 shows capacity, annual yield, remuneration, commissioning and price in the same form. After the non-disclosure agreement, you see the location, yield data and the provider's documents.

How to buy through OMSI 24

Registration and search are free of charge. After a digitally signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) you see the address, the detailed data and the provider's documents, and you can ask questions through the platform.

From first interest to closing, OMSI 24 accompanies the process: letter of intent (LOI), negotiation directly with the provider, contract. A commission is due only on success and is already included in the sale price.
