What project rights are
Project rights are solar and storage projects before construction starts. The developer has secured the site, applied for or been granted the grid connection and obtained the permit or brought it well along. Nothing has been built yet. You take over the project at this stage and build it yourself or with a general contractor.
The market calls this stage "ready to build" (RTB). The purchase price covers the rights and contracts, not a plant, and is usually quoted per kilowatt peak of the planned capacity.
What matters when buying project rights
What counts is how robust the three building blocks are: the lease or purchase agreement for the site with term and conditions, the grid connection commitment with capacity and deadlines, and the building permit or development plan with its conditions. Add to that the remuneration model and the schedule up to commissioning.

From first interest to closing, OMSI 24 accompanies the process: letter of intent (LOI), negotiation directly with the provider, contract. A commission is due only on success and is already included in the sale price.
