2.Upload documents
Upload the relevant documents: lease, grid connection confirmation, project report, profitability calculation.
3.Review by OMSI 24
We check your project for completeness and plausibility. You hear back from us within 48 hours.
4.Going live for investors
After a successful review, your project is listed on the platform and shown to matching investors.
5.Investor enquiries and NDA
Interested investors request access to the details and sign a non-disclosure agreement.
6.Direct contact and negotiation
After signing the NDA, investors contact you directly. OMSI 24 accompanies you up to closing.
Costs and commission
Registering and listing projects are free of charge, there is no listing fee. We agree the amount of the success fee with you in advance. It is due only when your project is sold and is factored into the sale price.
